We are currently seeking an entrepreneurially minded Regional Director (RD) to lead our business development efforts to grow our client base and team of CFOs in Eastern Ontario. Do you have the mindset of a CEO plus a background as a CFO, a significant understanding of business finance, preferably with a proven track record in sales and business development? You thrive on building meaningful relationships that will help you build a team like minded of fractional Chief Financial Officers dedicated to delivering exceptional client experience and value. The role combines the benefits of being part of a local, national and international team with strong marketing support operating within a defined business model while at the same time offering a level of autonomy and freedom in how results are delivered. Your role will involve close collaboration with our CEO, President and our national team of Regional Directors in Canada. In addition, you will leverage your network and exceptional relationship building skills to drive success in expanding our client base and CFO team in the Eastern Ontario Region while also delivering CFO services to clients yourself. Business Strategy and Growth :

  • Engage with new business prospects, develop leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Establish a strong local network and drive brand visibility in the region. Lead, inspire, and coach a team of talented part-time CFOs, ensuring they provide high-impact financial leadership to our clients.
  • Focus on adding value to both clients and their businesses, ensuring the services provided help clients achieve their aspirations.
  • Sales and Network Building :
  • Actively build relationships with local professionals, organizations, and industry leaders.
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills to convert prospects into long-term clients. Relationship Building :
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with your team and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner.
  • Foster a culture of mutual support, helping clients and team members thrive. Work closely with the CEO, President, and other Regional Directors to ensure alignment with company-wide goals.
  • Sales & Business Development : Proven track record of success in business development and sales, particularly within the SMB market.
  • Experience in a senior leadership role, ideally with a background in CFO or other executive leadership positions.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching teams, with an ability to inspire and motivate a high-performance culture.
  • Client Relationship Management : Exceptional ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

Desired Work Experience Previous sales / business development role, with a focus on SMBs.
