Job summary

GeologicAI is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and optimize field operations across Canada and the United States. You will manage operators and contractors, drive safety, and ensure high-quality core scanning services at client sites while coordinating with project management, engineering, and BD to grow the business.

You will build processes, training, and KPI-based performance systems, while traveling to sites as needed to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in field operations, mining, or similar industries.
• Experience leading multi-site field teams across Canada and the US.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality and performance in the field.
• Strong KPI, problem solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience managing remote/dispersed teams with accountability.
• Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operators, supervisors, and regional staff across Canada and the US.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and competency progression.
• Ensure daily core scanning operations meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Own safety as a line responsibility and enforce safety standards.
• Escalate and resolve operational risks impacting delivery and customer commitments.
• Support new deployments, commissioning, and stabilization of projects.
