Job summary

GeologicAI is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead geological core scanning operations across Canada and the United States. You will manage a mixed workforce of direct employees and contractors, set performance expectations, and drive safe, reliable delivery at client sites in North America.

You will oversee the end-to-end scanning workflow, ensure data quality, and develop scalable processes as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Mining, Geology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience leading field operations across multiple sites and teams.
• Strong safety leadership and knowledge of site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operators, supervisors, and regional support personnel across Canada and the United States, including direct employees and contractors.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and training, with certification and succession planning.
• Oversee daily core scanning operations, uptime, throughput, and field quality at all sites in both countries.
• Champion safety as a line responsibility with compliance to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage escalation of operational risks and coordinate regional technical support.
• Support new deployments and site mobilization across the region.
• Report KPI performance and improvement priorities to senior leadership.
• Partner with Project Managers to meet customer commitments and timelines.
• Foster cross-functional interfaces between Operations, Project Management, and Fleet Performance.
