Partner with the best

The Regional Operations Leader's main function is to ensure all aspects of inspection services for customers run smoothly, efficiently, and meet high-quality standards. This role involves leading the operations team directly and collaborating with other functions indirectly. You will work with the Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and improve revenue and EBITDA.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Technical Advisor with inspection proposals, providing technical scope advice, crew, and equipment availability.
2. Review pricing for profitability and support inspection preparation regarding crews, equipment, and customer interactions.
3. Deliver quarterly financials aligned with sales to ensure successful order delivery.
4. Provide updates and forecasts on operational performance and key metrics using business tools.
5. Manage inspection execution costs effectively.
6. Drive asset management, CAPEX, and regional performance improvements.
7. Coordinate with customers and inspection crews during projects to ensure performance and timing.
8. Engage the sales team when commercial considerations arise.
9. Update the Global Operations Manager on inspection projects and coordinate personnel or equipment sharing across regions.
10. Be available for guidance to inspection crews during emergencies, maintaining quality and timeliness standards.
11. Maintain the Project Scheduler Application with the Regional CRM's support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience in inline inspection and integrity management.
• Excellent communication, influencing, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extra hours during busy periods.
