The Regional Operations Leader's main function is to ensure all aspects of the inspection services that Quest Integrity performs for its customers go smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest standards of quality. The senior operations leader in the region will be responsible for leading the operations team and supporting other functions. This role collaborates with the Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and improve revenue and EBITDA.

As a Regional Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting the Technical Advisor (TA) with inspection proposals, providing technical scope advice, crew and equipment availability.
  2. Reviewing pricing for job profitability and supporting the Regional CRM in inspection preparation and customer interactions.
  3. Delivering the region's quarterly financials, from revenue to EBITDA, in alignment with sales goals.
  4. Providing regular updates and forecasts on operational performance and key metrics.
  5. Managing inspection execution costs effectively.
  6. Driving asset management, CAPEX, and regional performance improvements.
  7. Liaising with customers and inspection crews during projects regarding performance and timing.
  8. Involving the TA in commercial considerations when necessary.
  9. Updating the Global Operations Manager on current projects and coordinating with other Regional Managers for personnel or equipment needs.
  10. Being available for guidance during emergency situations to maintain quality and timeliness according to standards.
  11. Maintaining the Project Scheduler Application with the Regional CRM.

  • A bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience in inline inspection and integrity management.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work extended hours during busy inspection periods.
