Job summary

Dentalook is looking for an experienced Dental Regional Manager to oversee multiple clinics across Downtown Toronto and the GTA, driving clinic performance, staff development, patient experience, and financial results.

The role requires regular travel across the area and leadership of Practice Managers, partnering with senior leadership in a growing dental group.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dental management experience.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple dental clinics.
• Experience directly leading and developing Practice Managers.
• Strong understanding of dental clinic financials and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Downtown Toronto and the GTA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple clinics across Downtown Toronto and the GTA to improve performance and patient experience.
• Develop and coach Practice Managers to ensure clinic success.
• Staffing and scheduling support across clinics.
• Monitor financial results and KPIs to drive profitability and efficiency.
