Region: GTA / Greater Ottawa area
Salary Range: $75,000/year Base + Commission

Before the new partner can be announced we are looking for the right mortgage professionals to help to re-launch a household brand back into the broker market. Our new partner has a long track record of excellence in the prime and alt-A residential lending and is looking at an aggressive approach to growing market share in the Greater Ottawa and Toronto areas.
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at the nesto group, you’ll be at the forefront of originating residential mortgages through the mortgage broker channel. You’ll join the fastest growing mortgage company in Canada, backed by the best technology in the industry, and benefit from full support provided by our experienced risk team—including skilled underwriters and document specialists.
Reporting to the Head of VP of Sales - B2B Partnerships, this is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales execution and strategy. You will have the autonomy and accountability to design, test, and refine our go-to-market approach, shaping how we reach and win broker clients. You have worked as a broker or a BDM in the past and have a keen understanding of what mortgage brokers need in a lending partner and how to make them look like rockstars to their clients.
