Job summary

Reesink Canada is seeking a Regional Manager for the Large Agriculture region, based in Alberta or Saskatchewan with travel. You will lead four branch locations, directing sales, service, and parts while driving profitability and exceptional customer experience.

This role partners with OEMs and central support, develops regional strategy, builds high performing teams, and ensures financial performance. A strong background in ag equipment, leadership, and travel readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Agriculture, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in agricultural equipment, dealership, or a related sales, service, and parts environment.
• Experience leading multiple locations or managers with financial accountability.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment sales, service, and parts operations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business plans and drive performance across teams.
• Sound financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly among branch locations within the region.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Large Agriculture region across sales, service, and parts.
• Develop and execute regional business plans and strategies that align with organizational goals and drive profitable growth.
• Set clear performance expectations, goals, and priorities for each branch and monitor progress against targets.
• Champion consistent operational standards and a strong customer experience across all four locations.
• Contribute to enterprise strategy and collaborate with other regions and central support functions.
• Oversee service and parts operations to grow revenue and profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs across sales, service, and parts and act on trends.
• Coordinate with central support functions on inventory and parts management to ensure product availability.
• Build and develop Branch Managers and accountable teams.
• Foster a safety-focused culture and align with company values.
