What we’re trying to say is that we’re a large and growing professional services firm that still feels like a community. We employ over 3000 people across Canada, and we truly care about our colleagues, our clients and the communities where we work and live. That’s what’s most important to us. We’re building a thriving organization that’s purpose driven and still want to remember what your favourite milkshake flavour is.

Our special culture shines through when we have the opportunity to connect in person. That’s why we’re working in a model where teams are required to be together in the office 4 days per week.

As a Regional Manager, Administrative Services your responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead strategic projects in alignment with our purpose:
    • Lead strategic initiatives within the Administrative Services Team to support our purpose in alignment with Firm Wide and Business Unit priorities. This will require a high level of collaboration with the broader Administration Leadership team (National Senior Manager, Regional Managers, and Managers) to ensure we act as one cohesive team, to drive projects forward and enable change across the Administrative Team.
    • Participate in the development of strategy for the National Administrative Team and communicate, cascade, and implement strategy within respective Region or Team.
    • In consultation and coordination with the National Senior Manager, Administrative Services, work to identify needs and implement changes related to the business unit and/or service lines within designated Business Units or segments.
    • Bring insights from the Region and/or specified BU to represent in cross functional projects and firm wide initiatives (GTWay, IT Changes, P&C Projects, etc.).
    • Work in collaboration with the Business Operations teams (Acquisitions & Integrations) to support successful and seamless integration of new Administrative Colleagues from integrating firms.
    • Take the lead on process documentation and the Administrative Learning to Thrive pathway. This will require a high level of collaboration with the L&D team and Administrative Leaders, to develop and curate learning resources.
    • Coordination and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures.
  2. Leading and coaching colleagues:
    • Coach and lead specific colleagues, teams, or regions within the Administrative Services Team. This may be Specific Business Units, segments, or colleagues within the Business Units.
    • This includes day-to-day coaching, performance management, recruiting and onboarding of assigned coachees of People Managers and Coachees.
    • Identifying training needs for coachees, and support coachees in the development of their annual goals in alignment with Firm Strategy.
    • Provide ongoing and regular feedback to coachees to support their professional growth.
    • Other responsibilities, as assigned.
