Job summary

NFI seeks a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to act as the Lean coach and facilitator for the ONE Program and broader Continuous Improvement initiatives across regional sites. You will lead 3-day Lean events, train leadership and frontline teams, and ensure sustainment through the Lean Transformation Plan and ongoing CI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement or Kaizen events in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles (House of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban).
• Proven facilitation skills with diverse groups, from floor staff to leadership.
• Ability to analyze metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity) and turn data into action.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 80% for onsite events and sustainment visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-day Lean events (ONE Program) across multiple sites.
• Serve as primary Lean instructor for classroom and shop-floor training.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops, including Gemba Walks and Affinity Mapping.
• Create Lean Transformation Plans (LTP) during events with baseline data.
• Monitor post-event sustainment, progress on LTP, and KPI verification.
• Coach site leadership to sustain daily Lean behaviors and continuous improvement culture.
