Job summary

Magellan Aerospace Corporation seeks a CI Specialist to oversee its Continual Improvement strategy at Winnipeg. You will lead CI initiatives, supervise CI facilitators, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements across manufacturing operations.

You will present recommendations to executives, chair CI meetings, and develop training materials to empower teams with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. A strong background in CI leadership and process optimization is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a continual improvement function and manufacturing environment
• Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean certification are required or preferred
• Experience leading CI strategy development and leadership
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and related tools (PFMEA, APQP)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CI strategic plan and initiatives for Magellan Winnipeg
• Lead and direct CI facilitators and CI group personnel
• Plan and present CI program improvements to executive level
• Chair CI meetings and CI steering committee sessions
• Act as liaison for CI communications across divisions and corporate CI Council
• Develop and deliver CI training and training packages
• Monitor lean assessments and close identified gaps
