Job summary

CAA Club Group of Companies is seeking an experienced associate in Ontario to deliver insurance services and sales support. The role focuses on providing knowledgeable customer service, processing policy changes, and achieving sales targets within established quality standards.

Candidates should have 3 years of insurance sales experience, an active OTL/RIBO license, and strong communication skills, with post-secondary education completion or CIP study considered an asset.

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Post-secondary education in a related field, CIP designation is an asset.

Position Details

What You Will Do

• Providing knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
• You will achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality.
• In conjunction with Supervisors, participate and provide input into team meetings, standards, procedures and special projects.

Who You Are

• 3 years Insurance sales experience
• Currently hold a valid OTL/RIBO license
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Post-secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset
