Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager & Warehouse Supervisor to lead residential installation projects in the Kootenay Region. You will oversee field operations, manage warehouse activities, and ensure a superior homeowner experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate brings construction, carpentry, or glazing experience, plus strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate multiple teams and programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in residential construction, carpentry, glazing, or related field.
Experience coordinating multiple projects, job sites, or teams.
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs
Strong computer and technology skills
Clear Criminal Record Check

Responsibilities

Oversee installation projects across the Kootenay Region with hands-on supervision.
Manage warehouse activities, material staging, and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate service-related work and troubleshoot installation issues.
Ensure homeowner satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
Lead continuous improvement of processes and schedules.
