Job summary

Ontario Health in Toronto, ON is seeking a Lead, Capacity, Access and Flow to advance regional health system planning and improve patient access and flow across the continuum of care. The role collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen performance for the Toronto region.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, strategic advisory, and oversight of large-scale projects from planning to execution.

Qualifications

• University degree in health administration, health care, business administration or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in a health care setting.
• Experience in data analysis with financial acumen.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with clinicians, governments and health providers.

Responsibilities

• Health system planning and improvement: analyze regional data and community input to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Lead regional initiatives and data-informed action plans to improve access and patient flow.
• System capacity planning: monitor performance and support short- and long-term capacity planning.
• Build and sustain stakeholder relationships with providers, provincial/regional partners, and internal teams.
• Lead complex, large-scale projects through full life cycle with milestones and governance.
