Scope of Opportunity

• Oversee the inventory and availability of trailers and equipment to consistently meet customer demand.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize asset utilization and capture new market opportunities.
• Ensure all equipment complies with federal and state regulations, coordinating servicing and maintenance.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering skills growth to uphold exceptional service standards.
• Manage the full customer leasing lifecycle, including contract negotiation, invoicing, and collections.
• Set competitive market pricing and implement strategies to achieve revenue and utilization targets.Build, maintain, and grow the customer base to enhance market penetration and business profitability.
