Job summary

Bento is seeking a Franchise Regional Manager to oversee a region from Pickering to Trenton. You will ensure franchisees meet standards, drive profitability, manage P&L, and uphold food safety and service quality.

Strong leadership and relationship skills are essential for coaching franchisees and sustaining performance across locations. The role requires multi‑unit management experience in foodservice, willingness to travel, and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education with hospitality focus; degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multi‑unit management in foodservice/franchise.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and financial results.
• Sushi experience is an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel; overnight stays required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of franchise stores in a designated region.
• Ensure adherence to Bento standards, food safety and brand guidelines.
• Manage franchisee relationships and provide guidance on operations.
• Monitor P&L, sales performance and KPIs; develop improvement plans.
• Lead training, audits and compliance across locations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement initiatives.
