Forbes Bros. Group of Companies in Ontario is seeking a Regional Fleet Lead to manage vehicle and equipment maintenance across multiple sites. You will lead a maintenance team, optimize fleet utilization, and coordinate with Operations and Fleet Director to meet project needs.

You will audit inspections, ensure FMCSA/DOT compliance, and drive cost-efficient decisions. Travel across Ontario is required, and a company vehicle is provided. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on planning.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of experience in vehicle fleet management or related field.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience leading a maintenance team.
• Knowledge of fleet management technologies and regulations.

• Lead maintenance team and optimize repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor fleet utilization and maintain accurate equipment inventories.
• Coordinate resources with project needs and oversee tooling activities.
• Audit daily pre-trip inspections and ensure FMCSA/DOT compliance.
• Ensure safe shops and yards, and manage vehicle movement between sites.
