Job summary

Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. is seeking a Regional Field Technical Manager to serve as the field technical expert and liaison to Hyundai and Genesis dealership networks in Canada.

The role involves advanced technical support, on-site visits, and collaboration with HyTAC, Customer Relations, and Quality Assurance to improve dealership service operations. You will diagnose complex vehicle concerns, perform root-cause analysis, and coach dealership technicians on diagnostics and repair strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with automotive focus.
• Minimum five years in a technical automotive role.
• Fluently bilingual in English and French.
• Travel frequently to Eastern and Atlantic zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced diagnostic support for complex vehicle concerns originated from Hyundai-related internal teams.
• Perform vehicle inspections, testing, and root cause analysis.
• Coach dealership technicians on diagnostic processes and repair strategies on-site.
• Represent Hyundai Auto Canada in CAMVAP arbitrations and investigations.
