Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in full life cycle recruitment, preferably in fast-paced field/industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with ATS/Workday and advanced sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, proactive mindset, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bonus points for experience recruiting across multiple field locations or districts.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for field operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with district leadership and operations managers to align recruitment with workforce planning.
• Proactively source through diverse channels to build strong pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Elevate employer brand by representing the company at local job fairs and events.
• Maintain ATS integrity and use metrics to track pipeline health and provide market insights.
