You will drive end-to-end processes, mentor the field recruitment team, and partner with Talent Operations to optimize workflows and metrics. Travel up to 30%, build employer branding through industry partnerships, ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws, and represent the company at career events while delivering high-volume, quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior-level recruitment management, high-volume field/industrial hiring.
• Proven ability to mentor and manage recruitment staff of varied levels.
• Strong ATS proficiency, hands-on with Workday and related HR databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Canada for field operations.
