Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Manager of Equipment Operations & Logistics to lead the development of a regional equipment operations model for Ontario and Atlantic Canada.

You will oversee cross‑regional processes, build teams, and drive standardization across offices and service lines. The role focuses on improving visibility, utilization, availability, and accountability of equipment while reducing external rental costs through strong asset management and planning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational, logistics, fleet, or asset management functions.
• Demonstrated success building systems, processes, or operating models that improve performance.
• Experience driving change and establishing consistency across multiple locations or stakeholder groups.
• Strong leadership capability with experience developing teams and creating a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of a regional equipment operations and logistics model across Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
• Adapt and scale proven equipment operations practices across regions.
• Build consistency across offices, operating environments, and service lines.
• Improve equipment visibility, utilization, availability, and accountability across the region.
• Develop standardized processes for equipment booking, logistics, maintenance, calibration, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting to support operational excellence.
