Wajax is seeking a National Used Equipment Manager for Construction & Forestry to drive profitability and asset lifecycle efficiency. The role oversees valuation, remarketing strategies, and equipment market engagement across domestic and international channels.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to optimize margins and inventory turns. The candidate will leverage data-driven decision making, manage cross-region activities, and develop short- and long-term initiatives to expand the

Qualifications

• College Diploma or University Degree in business, marketing or communications preferred.
• 7+ years of sales or 5+ years of remarketing experience in construction/forestry sectors.
• Strong understanding of dealer pricing, equipment margins, ROI and markets for used equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage machine evaluations and remarketing activities with the sales team.
• Develop and implement a national used equipment valuation method and train teams.
• Evaluate repairs on trade-ins and coordinate regional repairs within estimates.
• Coordinate sales and disposal of used equipment distributed by Wajax.
• Grow the used equipment business with brokers and wholesalers globally.
