Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a Regional Sourcing Manager (Electronics Lane) to serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for in-region sourcing initiatives. You will work with the global strategic sourcing team to reduce supply chain complexity, achieve material productivity targets, and ensure supplier on-time performance in Bolton, ON.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
5–7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in electronics.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supplier on-time delivery, cost and quality within region.
Perform high-level spend and part cost analyses for regional reporting.
Lead change management with portfolio suppliers to support sourcing strategies.
Act as primary relationship manager within region and commodity portfolio.
Manage supplier performance improvement, cost reduction projects.
Support buyers and supplier quality engineers as escalation point.
Coordinate with engineering, operations and suppliers on supply chain issues.
Establish and maintain procurement, inventory, IP and confidentiality agreements.
