Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator in Bolton, Ontario. This full-time role supports the North America OEM Spare Parts desk, handling inquiries, part numbers, inventory, and lead times while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with project engineers, warehouse, and logistics to track orders, escalate issues, and maintain knowledge of Husky machine and mold technology. Strong English, professional communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer support via phone and email.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English; other languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment and be self-motivated.
• Solid technical skills with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power BI and Word).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to support various weekday shifts, weekends and after hours as needed.
• Baan LN and/or CRM experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Builds long-term customer relationships with empathy and proactivity.
• Assist customers by phone and email with spare parts inquiries and lead times.
• Coordinate with project engineers, warehouse, and logistics on order status.
• Multitask across multiple systems to identify part numbers and available accessories.
• Provide proactive updates on processes, policies, and best practices for customers.
• Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Husky Machine and Mold technology.
• Monitor team dashboards and support daily/weekly activities to control backlog.
• Support global quotes/orders in line with business initiatives.
