Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Regional Director to lead the Vaughan office, guiding multidisciplinary teams and driving growth. You’ll manage daily operations, client relationships, and budgets while fostering a collaborative culture.

With 15+ years in architecture/interior design and a licensed architect preferred, you’ll develop strategic plans, oversee proposals and contracts, and coordinate with firm leadership to grow the market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in architecture and/or interior design.
• Proven leadership of a studio, team, or office.
• Experience in proposals and business development.
• Strong client relationship management experience.
• Licensed Architect preferred; degree in Architecture/Interior Design required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Vaughan office and team.
• Ensure all proposals and contracts are in place and compliant.
• Manage organizational chart, project budgets, and monthly financials.
• Lead business development and networking to grow the office.
• Develop annual strategic plans and monitor diversification services.
• Utilize CRM to track BD activities and outcomes.
• Direct project pursuit strategies with marketing collaboration.
• Maintain communication with Ware Malcomb leadership firm-wide.
• Create a positive, team-oriented environment and hire new staff.
