The Opportunity :

To ensure the efficient and profitable growth of triOS College campuses throughout New Brunswick and Nova Scotia by developing, implementing, and monitoring systems and policies that foster effective campus management teams responsible for recruitment, retention, instructional delivery, and timely placement of interns and graduates.

To focus on growth, profitable utilization, and quality education while maintaining high morale among employees and students, fostering a friendly culture.

To serve as the main operations contact point between the Eastern College campuses and the campus support center (CSC), educating campus staff on CSC processes and advocating for campus needs.

What you'll be doing :

• Hire, train, and mentor direct reports.
• Develop and participate in training plans for new Campus Directors.
• Review KPI results with campus staff regularly.
• Review quality assurance survey results with Campus Directors each trimester.
• Collaborate with Academic Services to standardize curriculum delivery.
• Lead monthly Campus Director conference calls.
• Ensure campus teams meet students’ educational, physical, social, and special needs.
• Monitor data entry into XCAS regarding student progress.
• Support Campus Directors in managing student, instructor, and administration issues.
• Monitor attrition and retention levels, ensuring they meet standards.
• Review no-shows, cancellations, and terminations monthly.
• Work with the Vice President of Operations to update the student handbook as per regulations.
• Become an expert in College schedule delivery & merge systems.
• Support scheduling for maximum utilization.
• Perform regular campus visits and compliance audits.
• Act as Campus Director during absences.
• Manage campus expense budgets and review financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations on student loans.
• Engage in Business Development and Government Relations.
• Support employment and placement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Admissions to meet enrollment goals.

What you bring to the position :

• College diploma in business or technology; a university degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive management experience in an educational environment.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment of education.
• Understanding of accounting, budgeting, and financial statements.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; regular travel within New Brunswick and Nova Scotia required.
