• Experience supervising, coaching and motivating financial advisers.
• Desirable: practising financial adviser with an established high net worth client bank.

Having tripled in size in recent years and increased assets under management by more than 40% over the past year, the business is entering an exciting phase of continued growth and development.

This is more than a traditional management role. You will have genuine responsibility for driving regional growth, delivering commercial performance, strengthening client relationships and developing a high-performing team of Financial Planners.
