iA Private Wealth is seeking a Regional Director to support advisor recruitment, onboarding, and regional business growth. The role partners with the Regional VP to drive sustainable advisor productivity and business development across the region.

The position is hybrid, with comprehensive benefits and a competitive base salary. You will guide recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing advisor coaching while collaborating with multiple internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or advisor recruitment.
• Strong relationship-building and execution skills.

• Advanced English proficiency for collaboration with English-speaking partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified Investment Advisors and guide candidates through the recruitment and transition process.
• Support new advisors with onboarding, early productivity milestones, coaching, and training needs.
• Manage advisor relationships and help translate business objectives into measurable development activities.
• Promote client acquisition, asset consolidation, referrals, marketing, planning, and client retention practices.
• Encourage adoption of CRM, planning, analytics, digital marketing, and client engagement tools.
• Coordinate regional initiatives and work with product, planning, marketing, training, compliance, technology, and operations teams.
• Share insights on advisor needs, obstacles, and trends with regional leadership.

• Advanced English proficiency for daily verbal and written collaboration with unilingual English-speaking partners.

Typical hiring range: $80,276–$130,276 per year. The base salary offered may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
