Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Contract Manager to lead end-to-end contract execution in a hybrid Canada locale (Cambridge, Ontario or Calgary, Alberta). You will coordinate across Customer Success, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery to ensure profitable, compliant contract performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in contract management, strong business acumen, and experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a manufacturing or industrial context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10% travel required.
• Experience in contract management and service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract delivery from handoff to closeout.
• Translate commercial agreements into actionable delivery plans.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and SLAs are met on time and within scope.
• Manage contract lifecycle documentation and governance across departments.
• Build and maintain customer and partner relationships to support contract outcomes.
