Job summary

Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader helping manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile. The Technology Consultant will join a multi-month EDGE program and, after training, rotate into field service engineering to implement Rockwell solutions nationwide in Canada.

Ideal candidates are early career professionals with a recent college degree, ready for formal training, and prepared to work in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada required.
• We will not sponsor work visas now or in the future.
• Must be location flexible.
• Valid Canadian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect emails, phone calls and demo requests with capability and benefits of Rockwell products.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for a defined product range in a specific geography.
• Support post-sales troubleshooting as needed and interface with Tech Support.
• Coordinate with product teams and act as local interface for product and quality issues.
• Be a technical resource within your area of expertise.
