Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Associate Account Manager through the EDGE Technical Sales and Consulting Program in Canada. You will build relationships with manufacturers, system integrators, and industry partners to grow customer spend and meet annual sales goals.

Upon completion of the program, you will be placed in a field sales office across Canada. Travel 10-40% will be required, with a starting focus on building a strong regional network and sales plans.

Qualifications

Job Description

Rockwell Automation's EDGE Technical Sales and Consulting Program is a world‑class, multi‑month training program consisting of a combination of sales, technical, and professional training that take place in both classroom and on‑the‑job settings. After completion of the program, you are placed in one of our field sales offices across Canada.

Associate Account Manager

You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals, grow market share, build relationships at assigned accounts, and growing customer spend.

The Essentials - You Will Have

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Previous intern experience with Rockwell Automation, Partner Network, or our customers
• Comfortability working with a variety of individuals
• Previous co‑op or intern experience in manufacturing or customer‑facing role
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees (graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2027).
