CMLS Residential is seeking an experienced mortgage underwriting and growth professional to drive AVEO expansion across Alberta. You will navigate complex credit files, advise brokers, and advance alternative lending deals within a high‑autonomy region.

The role emphasizes strategic lending review, broker development, and cross‑functional collaboration to fund deals while meeting regulatory standards and company goals.

Competenze

• Experience in residential mortgage underwriting, preferably alternative lending.
• Ability to build and manage broker relationships.
• Strong analytical and credit adjudication skills.
• Proven ability to scale regional lending portfolios.

Mansioni

• Lead regional growth by identifying broker partnerships and maintaining market presence.
• Review and verify complex credit documents to adjudicate mortgage applications.
• Structure files with brokers to position alternative deals for funding.
• Improve submission quality and accuracy of broker applications.
• Oversee issuance of mortgage commitments and AML/ATF compliance.
• Represent the AVEO channel at industry events and monitor market trends.
