The Regional Biller and Reconciler is responsible for managing the full work order lifecycle from reconciliation through invoicing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment across systems. This role monitors profitability, resolves billing discrepancies, supports Work-in-Progress (WIP) management, and collaborates with Operations, Dispatch, and clients to ensure timely invoicing and exceptional customer service. The position also provides administrative support to the Ontario Dispatch Manager and assists in guiding departmental staff while contributing to daily workflow priorities.
The salary range is $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data. The base salary is just one component of Ainsworth’s total compensation package, which also includes additional rewards and benefits such as short-term incentives and health insurance, among others.
