Qualifications

• Direct customer service experience.
• Leadership exposure, formal or informal.
• Ability to handle complex issues such as resolving member complaints or system errors.
• Experience with branch operations and retail compliance requirements.
• Comfort in establishing and evaluating performance standards and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Services Representatives (tellers).
• Help the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals.
• Provide regular observational coaching, assist with goal setting, and conduct performance reviews for all team members.
• Actively participate in development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets.
