Job summary

Conexus Credit Union in Regina is seeking a part-time Financial Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members. You’ll provide everyday banking services and products to meet immediate needs, with a schedule of 20-30 hours per week.

This role emphasizes friendly, trustworthy service, relationship building, and accurate cash handling. You’ll learn additional branch tasks from account openings to wire transfers and refer members to Financial Advisors to deepen member

• Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

The bigger picture

We’re looking for an agile member-service ambassador to come on board as our Financial Service Representative in Regina. You will be the first point of contact for members and will provide them with everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs. As a part-time Financial Services Representative, you will be scheduled 20-30 hours/week.

How you’ll be spending your time

• Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
• Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them
• Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications – to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
• Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
• Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry

Salary Range

$ 22.24 - $26.16/hour with a 6% Short Term Incentive Target
