Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: $25 to $40 per hour, depending on experience
For over 30 years, our company located in Saint-Jérôme has specialized in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge air conditioning and indoor air quality solutions. Our innovative heating, cooling, dehumidification, filtration, and energy recovery products are distributed worldwide for commercial, residential, and industrial applications.
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Refrigeration Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing healthier and more comfortable indoor environments.
Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation (HVAC) systems
Read and interpret technical plans, schematics, and specifications
Verify proper equipment operation and make necessary adjustments
Conduct preventive and corrective inspections according to Safety Standards
Maintain up-to-date maintenance records
Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams
Comply with applicable environmental and safety standards
DEP in refrigeration or a related field
Valid competency certificate in refrigeration (excluding construction)
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of commercial and/or industrial refrigeration systems
Proficiency with refrigeration tools diagnostics and measurement
Valid driver's license
Autonomy, rigor, good analytical skills, and attention to detail
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of electricity or building mechanics
Bilingualism (French/English)
Competitive salary based on experience ($25 to $40/hr)
Stable daytime schedule, Monday to Friday
