Job summary

Imperial is seeking a Process Engineer in Canada to support refinery operations within the Product Solutions Department. You will collaborate with operations, reliability, and automation engineers to drive safe, reliable unit performance and sustainable improvements.

The role requires a Canadian Accredited University degree in chemical/ environmental engineering or related fields, plus the ability to submit unofficial transcripts and demonstrate leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process Control, Computer Science, or Environmental Engineering from a Canadian Accredited University.

  • Demonstrated leadership and strong academic skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operations, reliability, and automation engineers to support safe and reliable unit operation.
  • Identify, develop, and implement operational and facility improvements focusing on safety, reliability, economics, and sustainability.
  • Communicate unit operations status and cost improvements to stakeholders.
  • Support routine energy, environmental, and cost reporting.
  • Develop new applications and maintain existing ones.
