Job summary

Integrated Staffing Limited is seeking a Red Seal Refrigeration Technician in the Lower Sackville area to service HRM, Annapolis Valley, South Shore, Truro and Pictou County areas. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration equipment, collect accurate service reports, and contribute to high-quality customer service.

You should hold a Red Seal endorsement in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanics, be able to work independently, and be willing to participate in an on-call

Qualifications

• Red Seal endorsement required.
• Strong refrigeration troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and restore systems to proper operation.
• Identify and recommend repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete service reports and company documentation.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and travel as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment; follow safety procedures.

Job description

Our client is currently seeking a Red Seal Refrigeration Technician based in the Lower Sackville area to assist with serving clients in HRM, Annapolis Valley, South Shore, Truro and Pictou County Areas. The successful candidate will have a strong refrigeration background, positive attitude, enjoy working with people, and have a strong commitment to providing high quality customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues, complete repairs, and restore systems to proper operating condition.
• Identify and recommend necessary repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Complete and maintain accurate service reports and company documentation.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Work occasional overtime and travel overnight when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company resources responsibly.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and work practices.
