Steele Recreation, part of Steele Auto Group, is seeking a Red Seal Powersports Technician to service motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and more. You’ll work in a modern, air-conditioned shop and enjoy a biweekly minimum income backed by a flat-rate wage structure ranging from $27.00 to $31.75 per hour, depending on experience and efficiency.

We're looking for a Red Seal Powersports Technician to join our crew. From motorcycles and ATVs to side‑by‑side, snowmobiles and everything in between, you'll work on a wide variety of machines that help our customers make the most of every season.

Hourly Wage Range:

• Earnings: Flat Rate compensation structure of $27.00 to $31.75 per hour, based on experience, certification, and efficiency.
• Guarantee: To ensure stability, a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.

Red Seal Powersports Technicians at Steele Auto Group can also take advantage of our Performance Incentive Program, where your hard work directly translates into tangible yearly rewards!

Earn extra $$$$ for the work you’re already doing! For each hour you produce, a bonus amount is deposited into your Personal Incentive Bank , accumulating over multiple years with Automatic Annual Payouts!

What We’re Looking For:

• Red Seal Certification as a Powersports Technician (or equivalent experience working with motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract
• Well-organized, hardworking, self‑motivated individuals with excellent time management skills
