Steele Auto Group in Halifax is seeking qualified Red Seal Auto Body and Collision Technicians to join the team. The role offers a flat rate hourly compensation based on experience and certifications, with a performance incentive program for extra earnings.

Responsibilities include vehicle assembly/disassembly, body work prep, masking, priming, sanding, buffing, and structural repairs, with on-site work and comprehensive Total Rewards benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent diagnostic skills, pride in workmanship, team player.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide an acceptable driver abstract.
• Facial hair must be shaved to ensure respirator seal.
