Compensation : $65000.00 to $70000.00 yearly

How you will make an impact

  • Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Optimizing digital recruiting resources and working to uncover additional resources
  • Carrying out pre screens and interviews
  • Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms
  • Formulating internal recommendations based on information gathered from department leaders

Job Requirements :

  • Solid understanding of employment branding
  • Interviewing experience a must have for the Recruitment Specialist
  • Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration
  • External communication experience required
  • Adeptness in Onboarding
  • New employee orientation experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated knowledge of executive recruitment
  • Practical knowledge of social media
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing recruitment
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Able to work independently as well as part of the London team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
