Job summary

Armour Transportation Systems is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to create an exceptional onboarding experience for Owner Operators, Broker Drivers, Rehires, and Transfers. You’ll guide candidates through every step and ensure a smooth, stress-free start.

You'll collaborate with recruiters, operations, compliance, and leadership across regions, with opportunities to learn, cross-train, and grow in a supportive environment. Location: Moncton, NB or Dartmouth, NS; Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR admin.
• Transportation/logistics experience is a bonus.
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for drivers and operators in your region.
• Send new hire packets and coordinate pre-employment testing.
• Guide candidates through a seamless onboarding experience.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to create an exceptional experience for Owner Operators, Broker Drivers, Rehires, and Transfers. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) behind the onboarding process—guiding candidates through every step, making sure they feel supported, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll also have the chance to expand your expertise and cross-train with other regions, making this a role full of learning, growth, and connection.

Location: Moncton, NB or Dartmouth, NS

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Lead the onboarding process for drivers and operators in your region.

• Great Communicator – Professional, clear, and approachable with candidates and internal teams.
• Detail-Oriented – You never miss a step and thrive under deadlines.
• Language Skills – Bilingual in English/French is a plus
• Flexibility: Ability to support other regions when needed; occasional extended hours during busy times.
