Access Talent is a specialist Engineering Recruitment company focused on the Water Treatment, Power, and Transport Infrastructure sectors. We work with some of the largest companies in these markets. Our business is UK-based, with clients from North-East Scotland to South-West England, and also includes a hub in Abu Dhabi focusing on the Middle Eastern market.

We are seeking a number of consultants, ideally those with previous recruitment experience, who are looking for a new challenge within a rapidly growing company. Our team is backed by a highly experienced leadership group and an impressive client list for you to start working with from day one. You will be mentored by the Operations Director, who has 10 years of industry experience.

In return, we offer a highly competitive commission structure, with on-target earnings exceeding £40,000 in the first year and £50,000+ thereafter. Earnings are uncapped; you will earn commission on every pound you generate for the business.
