What you will be doing :

  • Design and implement recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions
  • Conduct job and task analysis to identify requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
  • Source and recruit candidates by using the company’s recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes
  • Conduct interviews
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills
  • Build candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company's reputation

Who you are :

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or diploma / certificate in Human Resources plus a minimum of two to five (2-5)years of recent, related experience.
  • Strong communication and and interpersonal skills
  • You are a strong listener and able to understand the needs of clients
  • You are a relationship builder
  • You have knowledge of HR policies and practices, and employment legislation
  • You have strong critical thinking skills
  • You are an organized multi-tasker
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software packages quickly
