Salary Range: $55,500 to $60,000

As a critical member of the HR team, you assist with talent acquisition, develop new team members, and maintain staff information. Your administrative support is essential to the success of the HR department, ensuring smooth and effective operations for our valued staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new hire training and support.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing HR mail and paperwork.
  • Handle the requisition process for all assigned job openings, including sourcing candidates and reviewing applications.
  • Coordinate training and scheduling of new team members with department managers.
  • Stay updated on employment law issues.
  • Support the HR team with research and special projects.
What You Bring
  • Diploma or degree in human resources with 1-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing skills, ability to multitask efficiently, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of labor laws and standards.
  • Ability to respond to team member requests and concerns promptly.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on helping staff meet their goals.
  • Experience with talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
