Job description

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator within their Global Sourcing Team in Castlebar, Co. Mayo

As our Sourcing Specialist, you are a naturally proactive communicator that’ll be responsible for executing the company advertising efforts to communities of people all over the world. Working closely with our Sourcing team, you’ll develop an audience-centric marketing content strategy to attract top quality candidates to our Evaluator community.

Day to day support of our social channels and website while working with the global sourcing and technology teams is a key pillar of the role. You will drive advertising and communications efforts while executing content development and delivery for a business requiring hands-on management, strong communication skills and a love of technology. You will be juggling multiple tasks with the Sourcing Team while working on a variety of initiatives. Strong writing skills and work ethic are a must!

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Advertising efforts to create high volumes of expressions of interest scaling across 22+ markets.
  2. Manage the number of expressions of interest across all markets as effectively as possible and in a timely targeted manner.
  3. Hit market targets and metric driven customer requirements, tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  4. Effectively negotiate with web-based advertisers, print & media as well as social media advertisers.
  5. Work within a team of sourcing administrators who meet all customer requirements and expectations whether that is processing applicants or uploading exam batches to onboarding.
  6. Liaise with the global Sourcing Lead and our legal partners to ensure all adverts & practices are compliant with local market legislation.
  7. Maximize qualified Evaluator numbers by calling, emailing, and incentivizing them.
  8. Ensure all work practices align with independent contracting agreement models in local markets.
  9. Ensure all evaluator personal data is secure, private and protected at all times.
  10. Manage advertising budgets. Present weekly EOI, hiring data driven by weekly advertising spend.
  11. Proactively work to reduce spend and gain advertising efficiencies.
  12. Ensure candidates understand the opportunity they are exploring, as well as our culture & philosophy.
  13. Daily/weekly meetings to ensure advert content and new content creation aligns with our brand guidelines and vision as well as with the overall strategy of the company.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 0-2+ years of progressive technical sourcing/recruiting experience with a focus on mass candidate generation.
  3. CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  4. MS Office 365 and Azure experience.
  5. Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone, on the ground and internet research.
  6. Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new global sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, scale with velocity including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management and diversity sourcing.
  2. Self-sufficient and able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  4. Strong communication skills, leadership, organizational and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong analytic skills with ability to use analytics tools to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.
