What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the new employee onboarding process, including drafting employment contracts and maintaining employee files
- Support and communicate policies and procedures regarding the hiring process
- Create job requisitions based on received information
- Provide user support for Workday self-service queries
- Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, including transfers and compensation changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed high school diploma or higher
- Minimum 2 years in a corporate or business unit HR generalist or service center role
- Experience in a front-line customer service role
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills in a high-volume setting
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
