Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Must live in Southern California or Arizona

• Maintain an excellent and welcoming candidate experience for our future team members, as you are the first face they see and the most important memory they will have when deciding to start a meaningful career with us.
• Determine the suitability of applicants for employment.
• Source, interview, and negotiate offers.

Who are you?

• You have at least 1 year of experience in an agency or fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role and seek your next challenge.
• You are skilled at managing and scheduling interviews effectively, striving to overachieve and succeed.
• You have experience with full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, video interviewing, delivering offers, managing candidates within an applicant tracking system, and using Microsoft Office.
• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to creatively build a candidate network.
