Job Summary:

As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will manage our creators' careers, helping them grow and monetize their content. You will negotiate deals with brands and develop content strategies using our software and your expertise.

What You’ll Do:

1. Manage & Scale Creators: Oversee influencer portfolios, help talent grow, and secure brand deals.
2. Talent Acquisition: Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.
3. Foster Brand Relationships: Build partnerships with brands and agencies for campaigns.
4. Strategic Growth: Collaborate internally to expand Grail’s talent roster.
5. Autonomous & Flexible Work: Work independently in a dynamic, remote environment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate familiarity with TikTok, excellent communication and negotiation skills, hustle, patience for long cycles, flexibility in hours, ability to work autonomously, and passion or ambition for innovative marketing. Bonus points for experience in talent management, social media influence, sales, or marketing agencies.
