Job summary

Western Alliance Logistics is seeking a Recruiter in Kirkland, QC, Canada, to join our Talent team in a full-time, on-site role. You will review applications, conduct screenings, and source candidates across Sales, Logistics, Operations, and more.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and French communication
• Comfortable speaking on phone, video, and in person

Responsibilities

• Review applications and speak with candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews

• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Recruit across Sales, Logistics, Operations and other teams
• Attend career fairs and networking events
• Help build new ways to attract great talent
